- Monitor staff level requirements for clinics and notify nurse managers of any conflicting nursing/room needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills by responding to staff requests appropriately and within a timely manner.
- Analyse and deal with routine nonclinical issues, using Trust policy and own initiative under the guidance of AGM and GM.
- Prioritise workload to ensure the needs of the service are met with regards to room usage.
- Ordering of consumables via our in house procurement system.
- Provide general and adhoc administration/clerical support to the department to enable efficient and safe delivery of clinical care.
