Then from February it's full on into signing up and onboarding young people for our 2025 summer before we are back on the water again in May During peak trip season, it is all-hands-to-the-pump to ensure the young people have the most positive, transformational experience possible.

So, you should be prepared to support the wider Operations Team, skippers, and volunteers above and beyond your immediate roles and responsibilities if/when required.

During the season, annual leave is granted at the discretion of, and in agreement with, the Operations Manager South.

First interviews will take place on 25th June 2024, and second interview on 27th June 2024, at our East Cowes office.

The Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust is a national charity that takes young people aged 8-24 sailing and on outdoor adventures to inspire them to believe in a brighter future living through and beyond cancer.

For many young people, simply picking up where they left off before their diagnosis isn't possible.

Through our sailing and outdoor adventures, young people have fun, gain a new sense of purpose and self-worth, rediscover independence, and feel optimism for the future.

Stay up-to-date with the latest news from the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust and get information on our trips and impact, fundraising, events and volunteering opportunities.

You will receive our monthly e-newsletter, Trust News, and occasional updates on how your support inspires young people to believe in a brighter future living through and beyond cancer.
