As part of the Pop Playrooms Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and assist in managing staff members.
Whilst working at Pop Playrooms you will support the Senior Management in managing the day to day operation of the site including the development and growth of our people, sales and profits
You:
- Must be familiar with all roles and be able to cover each role handson.
- Must lead by example and ensure the whole team works together effectively.
- Will be responsible for on boarding new team members and take a central role in training and development, ensuring high performance and maintaining standards set by the Company.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Be expected to have input in all sales & marketing and implement all social media and business development activities, promotions and content.
- Assist with preparing and managing the venue's budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Assist the senior management team in managing all aspects of the venue's operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling. Take responsibility for ensuring that all policies, procedures, controls and compliance areas are adhered to on a daily basis including but not limited to all legal and regulatory requirements related to Licensing, food service, health and safety, and employment laws.
- Will be accountable for handling all complaints and were necessary, escalate serious complaints to operations team. All complaints to be logged. This will also include gathering customer feedback as required.
- Strive to achieve a culture that is totally focused on the delivery of the best possible levels of customer service
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests and the local community.
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue's premises.
- Assisting with other operational tasks as needed.
