Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide information about the company, products, and services in a polite, professional manner
  • Screen potential customers and provide initial feedback to our sales team to help them better serve each potential customer
  • Provide initial customer feedback to our sales team to help them better serve each potential customer
  • Work with the sales team to provide feedback on new products and services
  • Maintain current records of customer contact details in database and use them to refer future customers when appropriate
  • Work with other departments such as finance to create new product offerings and services that will impact the entire company
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager or Sales Director

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred but not required.
  • 12 years of previous customer service experience in a highvolume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Salary:
£14.00-£15.50 per hour
