IT Support:
You'll have a varied, and evolving role, with lots of interesting problems to solve.
Your primary focus will be as the initial point of contact for all iwocans looking for IT support:
Managing and reacting to support requests in our London office.
Monitor the helpdesk system and Slack channels, answering or escalating tickets, handling issues efficiently, and to a high standard.
Routinely check office AV equipment and meeting room hardware to ensure facilities that are in constant use.You'll collaborate with colleagues in the IT team, and People Ops team, to ensure new starters get the best onboarding experience possible:
Creating accounts in Google Workspace and other internal systems.
IT best practices and process: Review current IT Practices as a team, and proactively push for improvements:
Grow your skills with Google Workspace, MDM tools and IT security principles.
Our IT team keeps everything running smoothly, equipping staff with the best tools and support. They safeguard our data, streamline onboarding and offboarding, and manage system access and permissions. The IT team is 4 people doing Support, IT Engineering and Security.
Commercial experience in an IT or Technical Support role.
Knowledge of ticketing software tools, like Jira, Zendesk etc.
Configuration and installation skills with various operating systems e.g. Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux.
Bonus:
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
Scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
