Community Property Care is looking for a hardworking and reliable person to fill our temporary Grounds Maintenance operative position based in Colchester to
undertake regular ground maintenance.

Main Duties:

  • Ground maintenance of all Managed areas within the sites.
  • Cleaning of Communal Areas on sites.
  • Proactive assessment of maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in all aspects of
    ground maintenance is preferred:
  • Demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
  • Take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care' representative when on site.
  • Experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
  • A team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
  • Live in or around Colchester, Essex.

Hold a current and full manual Driving License:

  • Fit, healthy and able to undertake the duties for this role especially in the fast-paced growing season.
