We are currently looking for a customer focused Hall Porter to join our front of house team, Loch Rannoch Hotel & Estate is a four-star country house hotel, set in highland Perthshire on the banks of Loch Rannoch.
As Hall Porter you will be the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see, working collaboratively with our reception team ensuring that our guests are provided with a warm welcome, good communication, and the ability to engage, assist and provide excellent service throughout guest interactions.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Meet and greet our guests into the hotel, explaining the facilities and leisure activities available to them in a warm and friendly manner.
Offer to carry guest luggage to their rooms.Facilitate the parking of our guest's cars (driving licence not required).
Going the extra mile to meet guests' requests and accommodate their needs.
Experience in a similar, customer focused role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
