Our client is in search of a skilled CAD Technician around the Kent area to become part of their vibrant team.
You will play a key role in supporting the M&E team by meticulously developing M&E scheme designs to an advanced level using AutoCAD under the guidance of M&E Engineers.
HoursMonday - Friday
Salary - £30k
Responsibilities
- Creating detailed drawing packages for tender and construction purposes to meet the necessary standards.
- Collaborating with other professionals and contractors as needed, conducting building surveys, and participating in site meetings as required.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' background in utilizing AutoCAD
- Understanding of M&E engineering services.
- Previous involvement in a Building Services / MEP environment is advantageous.
