This role provides an exciting chance to become part of a creative, passionate, and mission-driven team within an innovative global media company. Paramount Global encompasses various content, brands, and platforms, including Paramount+, Pluto TV, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Channel 5, Network 10, Telefe. With linear channels in over 180 countries and streaming services in over 50 countries, you'll collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners worldwide.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with department campaign leads to ensure successful implementation of impact campaigns internally and externally across international markets
  • Assist in creating calendars, status reports, and presentations for senior management, local markets, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks to support impact campaigns and initiatives, including POs/finance, budgeting, risk assessments, and expense management
  • Develop processes and systems for efficient team communication and coordination, including meeting schedules, agendas, contact lists, and campaign materials
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date completion and storage of project documents
  • Oversee logistics for key impact initiatives and events, fostering creativity and strategic thinking
  • Collaborate with campaign leads on creative strategies and content development
  • Stay informed about global trends impacting impact messaging and campaigns

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience in admin, event & project management within the UK and International markets
  • Strong administrative skills including finance, scheduling, and reporting
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Airtable
  • Creative proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and passionate about social issues
  • International mindset with agility to adapt to changing business priorities
  • Focus on innovation and stakeholder management
