As our agency has evolved, we now encompass three fundamental internal teams specializing in Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention to foster brand growth comprehensively. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing various Paid Social accounts with complete autonomy, interacting with clients via Slack and Google Meets, and supervising a team comprising Paid Social Executives, a Creative Strategist, and a Graphic Designer.

Collectively, we formulate detailed financial projections with each client, dictating our focus, KPIs, and expenditures to ensure sustainable and vigorous growth for all our partners.

As a rapidly expanding agency over the past 4 years, we've developed into a resilient team of 15 based in Exchange Quays, Manchester. We nurture a vibrant office culture and adopt a hybrid work setup, offering flexibility with two remote working days and three days in the office weekly. Our close-knit team frequently organizes celebratory events to commemorate agency or individual achievements.

Continuous training and development remain central to our HR initiatives, with ongoing training opportunities available to all team members. We've made substantial investments in our training programs, encouraging our team to actively seek growth.

We firmly believe that the agency and client portfolio can only expand if the team evolves in tandem.

We're searching for an exceptional candidate to spearhead our Paid Social team and drive client expansion. Reporting to our Head of Performance, you'll assume real responsibilities from day one, actively engaging in high-level client decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of high-budget Paid Social accounts, with clients currently investing over £100K monthly, presenting opportunities for further scaling.
  • Develop and nurture a leading collection of exciting DTC brands, recognizing that client retention forms the bedrock of agency growth.
  • Lead, assist, and cultivate a team of 2 Paid Social Executives, 1 Creative Strategist, and 1 Graphic Designer. Your role will involve continuous training and enhancement of your team.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and integration of new clients. As a senior team member, you'll be accountable for this process and its enhancement.
  • Conduct research during client onboarding and account development, acknowledging the ever-evolving E-commerce landscape that requires staying ahead of the curve.
  • Embrace a mindset of constant improvement, never settling for current results. As a unified team, we must consistently aspire for advancement and avoid stagnation.
  • Lead regular client interactions via Slack and Google Meets, offering concise and valuable insights to enrich their experience and comprehension.
  • Deliver ongoing E-commerce expertise and value to all clients by exceeding expectations across CRO, Creative Strategy, and Post-click feedback.

Skills & Experience

  • We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Social channels.
  • We require candidates with at least 3 years of experience in E-commerce and the DTC landscape.
  • Prior experience within DTC/E-commerce agencies is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Given that you'll oversee a team of 4, previous management experience is crucial.
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment necessitates strong organizational skills.
  • Given the data-driven nature of Paid Social, robust analytical skills and data management capabilities are expected.
  • Due to the evolving landscape of Paid Social, a solid understanding of creatives is essential, along with the ability to enhance creative performance.
