The vision of the Brand Management and Operations team is to build an iconic global brand with local relevance in EMEA. We are the guardians of the lululemon brand, ensuring we show up in the right way across all channels. We fuel business success by connecting consumers to our purpose and values in every campaign. We make the feel and performance of our products famous, and drive awareness, familiarity and demand for lululemon in region.

a day in the life: what you'll do

  • You'll lead the Brand Management and Operations function for EMEA, including day-to-day responsibility for two departments; Brand Strategy, Management and Operations, and Content. In addition, you'll support the regional Creative and Localisation departments, and sit on the regional Brand Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Support the development and delivery of a multi-channel integrated marketing strategy that achieves brand and business KPIs – both for the direct business and franchise
  • Source and socialise regional brand and guest insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Drive the regional go-to-market process, partnering with the Product team and channels to bring our products to market backed by powerful storytelling that resonates in key markets, including ownership of the regional brand calendar
  • Oversee the full life cycle of regional marketing campaigns including insights, ideation, KPIs, cross-channel and global alignment, implementation and review
  • Tailor global campaigns to resonate with local guests and ideate bespoke regional campaigns that answer business needs
  • Direct the content strategy for EMEA, ensuring it brings our brand and product to life, resonates across key markets, and is strategically planned to support the brand calendar
  • Ensure that social channels drive reach, engagement, awareness and familiarity through intentional paid strategies and creator collaborations
  • Oversee support for franchise content, enabling partners to create and deliver social media plans that are aligned with both global brand values and regional strategy
  • Work with the Senior Art Director to ensure that creative execution across all assets is on brand and on brief
  • Support the localisation team to transcreate brand and product storytelling to engage guests across key markets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Brand Management and Operations team
  • Manage the functional annual budget process (AOP) and workforce planning
qualifications, skills & experience
  • 10-15 years of relevant agency and/ or in-house experience as a senior marketeer, ideally for a premium, purpose-led, global business with a challenger brand mentality.
  • Demonstrable experience growing a consumer base using innovative ideas without compromising brand equity.
  • Experience managing a team, ideally cross-functional.
  • A strong team player and people developer.

  • This role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy:
  • In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed from the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Field/Community-based work is necessary or important within the designated remit, with relevant travel required. Work is performed from the office only when needed.
