We provide ceremonial robes for various events, outfit the judiciary (including supplying handcrafted wigs) and ensure that graduates from around the globe appear their finest at graduation ceremonies and have high-quality pictures to cherish their special day.

We are in search of a top-notch full-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Waterbeach. Immediate start is preferred. There is plenty of extra hours and weekend work available during busy periods.

Main responsibilities will involve:

  • Assist in distributing equipment and packing lists for ceremonies
  • On-site at ceremonies, helping with transportation, setting up studio and sales equipment, and handling the packing up process
  • Guarantee all equipment is in good condition, notify the Photography Manager of any loss, damage, or malfunction of equipment and address issues when possible
  • Embrace new technologies and innovative packaging and storage solutions
  • Maintain pick lists for an 11-month period, inspect all equipment upon return, and flag any items needing repair or replacement
  • Support other Photography departments during quieter times
  • Travel to other company locations or events as needed

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage a diverse workload
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and precise administrative abilities
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Possession of a Driver's License would be advantageous

Essential requirements include outstanding communication skills along with an organized and positive demeanor.
