This is a newly created role which will report into the HR Manager which truly reflects the exciting plans that this organisation has in the pipeline.

Operating as a true generalist you will have the opportunity to contribute the full range of HR initiatives whilst also developing personally supporting a headcount of c200.


As a HR Advisor you will be dealing with day to day employee relations issues, recruitment, overseeing the employee life cycle and project work.

As a HR advisor, your role will include:nCoaching and advising on day to day ER cases including sickness absence and performance managementnSupporting the HR Manager will complex cases and acting as the note-takernAssisting with recruitment including selection and onboardingnEnsuring new starters compliance is upheldnSupporting the HR team with projectsnReviewing and revising policies and procedures
