My client who are a globally recognised manufacturing business are seeking an experienced Production Manager. The role will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will look to directly led the manufacturing activities to ensure operations objectives are met in relation to HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations for On Time Delivery and ensuring proficient production scheduling.
Developing and managing manufacturing processes to look to continuously improves the appropriate tools e.g. Support project and others improvement activities throughout the business to achieve success.

Proven leadership experience with a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment
Leader qualified (ILM Level 3)
Passionate about employee engagement and how to promote excellence from people working underneath your management structure
