We are a relatively small full service agency, half a dozen of us right now, so we are looking for a team player who has the confidence and experience to pick up projects from inception through to client delivery.


We'd like someone who has blended experience - qualitative skills (running groups/depths, the analysis and debriefs) and be comfortable with quantitative design and analysis.

In particular you'll be commercially minded and enjoy getting to grips with the data to have meaningful conversations with clients on insight and strategy.

We're ideally seeking a full-time team member, but we're open to part-time. We have a flexible working policy so that you can mix being in the office with some home working.

As we're a small team there's scope to shape the role to fit your career goals. More than anything, we're looking for what makes you, you. We'll ensure it's the right fit for both of us, and take it from there.

Brand Ignite is 11 years old, based in the heart of Leicester.
