The Opportunity

As a Turnaround Lead Planner, you will have the responsibility for all planning and scheduling deliverables for all TA in your area.

This covers preparing, optimizing, updating and maintaining the plans/schedule, to efficiently execute scope of work including resource optimization, checking availability of materials, completeness of work packs.

The Turnaround Lead Planner will coordinate with all Shell disciplines, operations/ maintenance, engineering, procurement and finance during the planning and execution stage and at all stages of the turnaround work processes.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Planning and scheduling all activities for turnaround
• Develop all the work plans by coordinating the activities of the work preparers for all discipline including maintenance, operations, projects
• To act at all times in accordance with the policy on Health, Safety, Environment and plan for maintenance activities accordingly. Ensuring that all HSSE requirements are considered in the planning and scheduling process
• To deliver effective Turnaround planning/ scheduling for all TA related activities
• Report back on daily schedule and work with Operations, Discipline Engineers and T/A and Field Coordinators on change
• Report back on daily schedule/ activities to support, monitor and report of T/A KPIs
• Support cost management initiative where applicable
