exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for an experienced Pressbrake Setter/Operator to join their expanding team on a
Temporary to Permanent basis.

Pressbrake Setter/Operator Job Details & Benefits;
- £13.00 per hour to start increasing to a maximum of £15.66 per hour after 12 weeks (including bonus)

  • 24 days holiday per year + bank holidays after 12 weeks
  • 37.5 hours per week Afternoon shift


 Afternoon shift times
  • Monday to Thursday pm & Friday 28pm
  • Paid overtime after 37.5 hours weekly overtime 1.33 & weekend overtime

Pressbrake Setter/Operator Job Details;

  • Must be able to set the Machine (Pressbrake)
  • Performing daily safety checks & understanding the machine, ensuring that records are kept up to date
  • Ability to read technical drawings in order to produce bespoke products and work to agreed tolerances
  • Ability to deal with any issues when setting your programme and report all nonconformances to the team leader
  • Support a 5S approach and completing a daily audit of your working area at the start / end of your shift
  • Carry out any other tasks as deemed necessary by the Client

Pressbrake Setter/Operator Person Specification;

  • Experienced Pressbrake Setter/Operator
  • Have a good knowledge and experience of working with stainless steel
  • Good mathematical understanding to aid programming
  • General understanding of fabrication is essential
  • Experience of reading technical drawings
