We have a new vacancy for a Surfacing Supervisor based from our Duntilland Quarry to support various road surfacing projects across Central Scotland.

This is a varied role that will involve small, short-term projects as well as longer-term flagship projects.


You will attend sites ahead of work starting, liaise with customers to understand requirements of the job, support the preparation of paperwork, Health & Safety considerations, ordering materials and plant equipment.


There may also be an element of sub-contractor management and helping to coordinate other trades on site that are contributing to works.

What will you bring?

  • An obtained CSCS card or willing to work towards.
  • Industry knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience within road surfacing or similar background (civil engineering) would be ideal.
  • Full driving license.
  • Willing to travel and work some flexible hours.
