We provide a welcoming and fun working environment with a pay rate of £11.75 per hour after a 3-month probation period. Additionally, you'll receive a £50 bonus upon completing basic Daish's training, and if you refer a friend, you can split a £100 reward.

Shifts may include weekends and bank holidays, typically starting at 11 pm and ending at 7 am.

As a Night Porter, your role primarily focuses on ensuring building security while our guests rest. You will aim to provide a friendly, efficient service similar to that of our daytime receptionists.

Qualities and skills you can contribute to the night shift:

Undertake front of house duties, such as greeting and attending to guest needs to enhance their experience Maintain building security during quiet hours as per hotel management instructions, including regular walk rounds and log documentation Handle guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay Stay informed about your working hours (17-week average rule) Be well-versed in emergency procedures, covering instances like guest illnesses, fire safety, and lone working protocols Follow company Health & Safety policies, supporting a safe work environment and the 'buddy' contact process Assist guests with luggage if needed
