Role Overview and Responsibilities

An Account Director leads the direction, growth, and success of our client's business. You will oversee client relationships, team performance, and development. This position primarily focuses on digital and social media, with additional knowledge of TV, Press, and OOH being beneficial. Collaborate with a team of media strategists, channel specialists, and data teams. This role is part of the Planning Team dedicated to the Celebrity Cruises account, managing both ATL and performance driving campaigns. London team closely collaborates with our US counterparts handling the account globally.

At Mediahub, your responsibilities revolve around the following core competencies:
  • Client Service○ Foster and maintain excellent relationships with all client stakeholders○ Set a high standard for client service to inspire younger colleagues○ Lead & actively participate in weekly client calls.○ Deliver plans and reports to clients with team support
  • Media Strategy & Execution○ Utilize media planning products, tools, and services to provide innovative solutions to client briefs with the team's support.○ Be an agency expert in a key media area and introduce innovative approaches○ Act as a trusted advisor on media solutions, with insights across all media platforms.
  • Commercial○ Lead negotiations with key media partners on media costs.○ Ensure timely booking of all campaigns on financial systems by the team and validate completed campaigns○ Collaborate with the Business Director to understand team utilization and develop future scopes for growth○ Identify potential client growth areas and oversee opportunities' execution with other teams.
  • Career Development & Team Management○ Manage a direct team and indirect reports across various disciplines to ensure flawless project delivery.○ Receive training on essential tools and areas to excel as an Account Director, including audience insights, planning tools, and channel training○ Progress towards a Group Account Director role in the long term
