Business Analyst
at TBA Doncaster, you will be working on software projects aimed at making complex port operations simple to manage. We believe that simplicity lies at the heart of performance of container and bulk terminals.

Key Responsibilities;
In this role you are part of a team that forms the connection between customer and our development teams on a functional and technical level.
Your
responsibilities
will include:
Producing use casesnRaising defectsnProducing process flow documentsnRunning projects with clientsnRunning meetings and conveying outcomes in a simple mannernUpdating customers on progressnPresenting findings and business updates on progressnUser testing (functionality) systems with new releases – manual testnWorking closely with internal stakeholders i.e.
Developers, Project Managers, QA/Testing teams to ensure they have the knowledge to build the softwarenDuring the delivery phase you will be conduct onsite testing of on-site equipment in combination with our software and the training of end-users.
OurBusiness Analysts
also lead or facilitate many of the technical discussions, internally and with customers.
In this role you will be a fundamental member of the product roadmap team identifying ways we can help our customers improve their operations.
