We are looking for an experienced account manager with excellent customer service skills to join a well - established insurance broker as a commercial insurance account handler.

The role of commercial insurance account handler will involve:

  • Capturing relevant information in order to approach the market for relevant and competitive quotations.
  • Manging existing clients answering queries and updating with renewal quotations
  • Dealing with client adjustments and advising in claims processes
  • Processing new policies and managing credit agreements
  • Ahhoc admin duties as required.
  • Previous account management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships and liaise at all levels
  • Experience of insurance industry and advantage but not essential as training will be provided
  • Computer literate with a good level of MS Office skills
  • Must be available to work from 8am 5pm and fully office based
