The Haven Nursery in Portsmouth are looking for relief cover for our Kitchen Assistant.


The purpose of the role is to prepare daily snacks for the children to a high standard in line with the catering schedule and agreed menu.

You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the kitchen and food preparation ensuring Safety and Environmental Health and Hygiene standards are maintained.


As this role is located within our busy nursery you will also need to cover our Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Staff whilst on break.

This will mean supervising our children to support their development and engagement with nursery activities.

We are looking for a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who can work flexibly with our team.
