We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to join our team and support our mission to integrate vital signs functionality into every smart device.


Job Role/Purpose:


As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will lead the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications within our innovative MedTech initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, driving the success of our healthcare solutions.

Your role includes providing technical leadership, influencing architectural decisions, and mentoring junior team members in the dynamic field of mobile application development.


Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:
Ensure the mobile application architecture aligns with industry best practices and meets the unique requirements of MedTech products.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions.

Technology Stack Selection:
Lead the selection and adoption of appropriate technologies and frameworks.
Stay updated with the latest trends and incorporate new technologies to enhance product offerings.

Development and Coding:
Actively participate in coding and development, ensuring high-quality and scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.

Leadership and Mentorship:
Mentor junior mobile engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and career development support to team members.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Establish and enforce coding guidelines and best practices.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with project managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with project goals and timelines.
Assist in task prioritisation and assignment, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile app features.

Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the mobile engineering team.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mobile app development and MedTech industry trends.

Education and Experience:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.

Demonstrable experience as a Senior Mobile Engineer with a successful track record in delivering high-quality mobile applications.
Relevant certifications in mobile development or architecture are a plus.
