Senior / Principal Building Inspector - this role can be based out of any of our regional offices

At SOCOTEC we can give you exposure to some of the most exciting and innovative projects. You could be working on some of the countries most prestigious buildings with consultants who are at the top of their profession. We have a significant number of RBI surveyors and through supervision we can help you extend your knowledge and experience, helping with your long-term development. If you are an RBI 2 Surveyor wanting to develop your skills and become an RBI class 3 Surveyor we can help and support you.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent (or qualified by suitable experience), ensuring CPD requirements are met thereafter to broaden and develop skills. Ideally demonstrating compliance through registering as an RBI level 3H or an upper class 2F
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and deliver excellent client care
  • A self-starting attitude and an ability to work independently as well as part of a large project team
  • Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, development of suitable solutions and the implementation of these solutions
