  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Generating financial reports and summaries as needed.
  • Assisting with monthend and yearend financial close processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts assistant role preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
