Bartender/server

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and making recommendations
• Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
