ABOUT THE ROLE
The Education Division provides print and digital resources across Secondary, Primary and Trade and Children's markets, both for the UK and for customers around the world.
Our mission is to partner with schools to offer bespoke integrated blended service through a collaborative, consultative sales approach, enabling us to support our customers with the right selection of products and services that will enhance teaching and learning.
The Educational Support Consultant is responsible for supporting the acquisition and retention of Primary products and services by booking consultative sales appointments for the Primary sales team, placing evaluation materials and following up on events via virtual communication.
N.B. THIS IS A TERM TIME POSITION.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous telephone sales experience
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Experience of working with a CRM system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Intermediate level IT skills including Word and Excel
- Experience of UK Education market is highly advantageous
