The client are going through a sustained period of success and as such are looking to expand the team with this role.

They key responsibilities for the Paid Advertising Specialist are:

  • Creating and optimising ads on Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Improve performance and increase conversions on all platforms
  • Manage multiple large budgets for diverse teams throughout the organisation
  • Working with stakeholders to execute campaigns and promote lead generation
  • Providing data driven reports to review and improve advertising campaigns
  • Helping campaign teams optimise their landing pages for conversions
  • Undertaking keyword research using tools such as SemRush
  • Defining and creating different audiences for campaigns
  • Help develop, plan and implement new digital programs and campaigns

The Successful Applicant:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing or related qualification
  • At least 2 years experience in paid advertising
  • Experience working on Google Ads, Facebook ads and LinkedIn ads
  • Knowledge of conversion reporting using Google Analytics
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
