Project Planning and Execution:
nDevelop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.nExecute the project plan effectively, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.nMonitor progress regularly and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Management:
