We are looking for a Creative Social Media Executive to join our Social Media Team, directly reporting to the Social Media Creative Manager.

This role will be hybrid with some remote working and some days based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.

You will be supporting the Social Media Creative Manager and wider Social Media Team to assist in creating exciting and engaging content with a focus on Instagram and potentially YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing content for social media by responding to briefs and working with the Social Media Coordinator and Social Media Creative Manager to add creative imagery or video content to task, promptly and within deadline
  • Work with wider Marketing Team members to gather content to use in various creative projects
  • Be able to resize content for posting and complete light design work when we're on a tight deadline
  • Go through content plan and add requirements to monthly and campaign shot lists
  • Working with Production and Studio Teams to book social shoots and organise props requested by Social Media Creative Manager
  • Working under the direction of the Social Media Creative Manager to create original and exciting content for social with regular inhouse shoots
  • Support Social Team in getting appropriate content on seasonal campaign shoots
  • Support posting to our channels, adding onbrand creative flare when required by brief
  • Assist the Design Team with creative feedback and constructive criticism when responding to briefs
  • Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening social content output for our audience

Skills:

  • You have a minimum of two years work experience in social media or as a Digital Content Creator, as a Creative Assistant or Marketing Assistant
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Your friends would describe you as proactive, creative and enthusiastic
  • You would describe yourself as wellorganised, supportive and efficient
  • You have a strong understanding of fashion and good knowledge of the industry
