My client is based in Northern Ireland is recruiting for a full-time HR Advisor.

What you'll need.
.CIPD Level 3 qualified

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in provision of HR metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
.Proven experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence, and organisational design

Responsibilities

  • Identifying proactive opportunities for improvement with HR Manager.
  • Reporting to the Equality Commission as required in line with external timeframes to ensure compliance.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the HR life cycle are carried out in accordance with established governance and processes.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
This role is paying up to £35k + benefits
