As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the following:

  • Weekly reconciliation of Current Dollar, Euro & Invoice Financing Bank Accounts
  • Weekly Cashflow
  • Daily Invoicing
  • Reconciliation of Vendor Invoices to Purchase Orders
  • Vendor Payments
  • Monthly Reporting
    • Income Statement
    • Balance Sheet
    • Aged Receivables
    • Aged Creditors
    • Top Customers
    • Monthly Cashflow
    • Prepayments and Accruals
    • Stock Reports
  • Monthly Journals
  • Quarterly VAT

Profile

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to:

  • Start Immediately or within 2 weeks
  • Be able to work full-time hours and work on site 5 days a week
  • Have good knowledge of cloud based accountancy systems
  • Have excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
