Our welcoming team at Meallmore is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Belleaire House Care Home. Situated in an impressive Victorian Mansion overlooking Greenock and the River Clyde, only a 40-minute drive from Glasgow.

Featuring fully furnished ensuite rooms maintained to high safety standards, the home offers exceptional care for elderly residents and those with dementia.

Through our mentorship program and continuous training, we provide the necessary support for you to enhance your skills and advance in your career, whether aiming to become a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Registered Home Manager.

Your Responsibilities as a Meallmore Registered Nurse:

  • Provide leadership to maintain high care and clinical standards
  • Supervise all aspects of the shift
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and planning to deliver personalized care
  • Mentor team members and set an example of best practices

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current NMC registration (RGN)
  • Strong communication and report writing abilities
  • Previous team leadership experience preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks
