We are currently recruiting a
Receptionist to be a part of our integral team in
Catterick.For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process*
DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive all visitors in an appropriate manner.
  • Direct Military visitors to their intended location.
  • Notify BLDG 11 personnel of visitors' arrival.
  • Control, issue and receipt of HQ CG, 4X, 1MI and 1RMP visitor passes.
  • Control, issue and receipt of internal office keys.
  • Log and report building faults, directing contractors as required.
  • Report fire alarm notifications to supporting guardroom.
  • Report safety hazards and accidents in accordance with extant instructions
  • Answer telephone efficiently and assist with enquiries.
  • General office duties, including operation of IT, photocopier and shredding machine.
  • Management of security protocols appropriate to BLDG 1
  • Central POC for mail collection and drop off.

Compliance and Experience

  • Knowledge of all applicable systems and processes
  • Knowledge of company timelines and deadlines
  • Knowledge of customer and client documentation, competition and deadlines
Must possess NVQ level 2, ECDL or equivalent.

  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
