Our Sales Division have an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join our Sales Desk team.


The Opportunity
Effectively dealing with customer enquiries, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring delivery of a first-class service
  • Assessing customer needs, researching issues, and providing solutions
  • Creating opportunities that increase sales and working as part of the wider Sales operation
  • Checking and updating CRM data ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Accurately and promptly processing orders and enquiries
  • Exceeding qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators
  • Attending internal educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level as required

The Person

  • Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience in or an understanding of Sales/Telesales, however, full training will be provided
  • Be familiar with the agricultural community with agricultural knowledge being advantageous
  • Have excellent understanding of customer service
  • Possess strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Be experienced with IT systems and able to work in a fastpaced environment
