  • Skilled in manufacture and maintenance of injection mould tools
  • Understand the operation of common tooling mechanisms and movements
  • Heat treatment techniques
  • Use of hand tools

High level of competence
- in the measurement of components
- the use of manual milling machine
- the use of centre lathe
- surface grinding

  • Cylindrical grinding
  • Bench fitting skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understanding of Trigonometry
