Purpose:

To provide an excellent client experience and service. To develop long-lasting client relationships. To assist in the smooth operation of the Store. To optimize the client experience and ensure all sales opportunities are optimized.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales generation and target focus
    • Communicate feedback on best sellers, slow sellers, missed sales opportunities, and customer requests to the Store Manager.
    • Achieve and exceed personal objectives/KPI's set by Store Management.
    • Record and update sales performance, such as WSR, Sell Throughs, product feedback, trade feedback.
  • Client experience and relationship building
    • Develop strong, long-lasting, commercial relationships with clients, establishing a regular client base to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized.
    • Provide exceptional client experience and service.
    • Provide personalized and timely after-sales service to clients, dealing effectively with client complaints.
    • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and coach other team members.

Operational excellence:

  • Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor, following Malone Souliers visual guidelines and standards.
  • Assist with regular stock takes.
  • Handling cash, using tills and Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
  • Be responsible for daily procedures, start, and end of the day.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales events.
  • Assist in stock deliveries from the warehouse.
  • Maintain high back of house standards such as stockroom, stock security, etc.
  • Maintain and assist in creating an enjoyable and respectful work environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Team Player: ability to work effectively in a group to develop productive working relationships.
  • Network: Ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels and build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Solution-focused: Thinking of answers and solutions to problems.
  • Ambassador: Representing Malone Souliers products and values with passion.
  • Excellence: High level of finesse and excellence required in the delivery of all tasks.
