Main Function:

***- Help support the relationship and revenue generation with key branded partners. In order to deliver best in class support and help us execute best in class campaigns, we require a highly organised individual who is militant with deadlines and can manage and coordinate internal stakeholders.

The Role & Responsibilities Include:
Assist in managing brands visual representation across all sales channels liaising where appropriate with the schuh Marketing, VM, Ecommerce and Retail Operations Teams
Help build and maintain effective working relationships with the marketing and sales functions for all branded suppliers to the business
Develop a good rapport with other departments such as ecommerce and digital trading to ensure awareness of product, campaign and content requirements
Work with the branded Buying function and Brand Partnerships Team to understand commercial product priorities and key product stories and launches and ensure these are communicated with the wider marketing team
Collate and gather information from key internal stakeholders and systems to contribute to critical brand partner reports
Create and compile brand partnership reports for rate card activity including data around KPIs and ROI
Maintain critical rate card activity documents such as the brand partnerships roadmap and product plans and ensure that relevant updates are then shared concisely with the relevant internal stakeholders
Liaise with branded partners regarding POS requirements and work with the VM team to ensure branded POS is delivered to stores and communicated accordingly
Lead communication with stores via schuhbox providing detail on brand partner campaigns for in store takeovers and installations

Individual Focus Includes (but is not limited to):
Maintain the schuh marketing calendar from a brand partnerships perspective detailing key commercial product stories and channel activations to enable other departments to plan content and have a visibility of key calendar activity
Work with the BP Coordinator to help maintain and update key internal documents such as content calendars, BP Roadmaps and product planning documents with key information around brand campaigns, key product launches and channel activations

  • Work with the BP Coordinator to ensure details, creative and plans for key campaigns and launches are communicated to the wider marketing team and content teams) and other key internal stakeholders as necessary to ensure a smooth execution of any campaigns

Maintain Brand Partnerships folders both remotely and in google drive to ensure ease of access when looking for important files.
