Their team is growing, after a busy start to the year, they are recruiting an Account Manager to help them with some exciting clients like Givenchy, Sky, L'Oreal, Nike and more.

The RolenYou'll be the day-to-day lead on your accounts, allowing you to make the role your own. The right candidate will be someone with excellent attention to detail, who can confidently lead internal and client conversations.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining calm and focused to deliver efficient, effective and profitable service to clients.

You'll work closely with the wider team particularly the staff booker teams across a range of events and campaigns.


Roles and ResponsibilitiesnPlan and execute projects on time and within budgetnOversee staff booking process to ensure teams are delivered as per client brief and requirements.nDevelop rapport with clients and troubleshoot conflicts as they arisenBook promotional staff directly for events as and when needednEstablish and maintain relationships with promotional staffnManage all aspects of activations set up from receiving briefs, generating costs, writing staff briefs, creating reports, and providing results back to clients to create internal reviews and case studiesnFull ownership of live events and activations for the clientnLiaise with external suppliers and partnersnEnsure financial and legal aspects of the campaigns/projects/account(s) are managed according to agency proceduresnContribute during status briefing meetings internally or with a Client (e.g.

new campaign)nResponsible for all allocated client budgets & invoicingnDeliver Client presentations, both written and verbalnBe responsible for on-the-job training, and development of an Account Executive and any other junior team membersnHave a thorough understanding of the competitive market – brand, staffing, events etc. Be able to put together competitive reviews.


What are we looking for?nExperiential agency or promotional staffing agency experience working at an SAE level.nWell-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with clients.nA first-class listener and communicator, with great organisational and troubleshooting skills.nCommercially savvy with strong financial acumen.nStrong account management skills.nExcellent presenting skills.nExcellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
