Day to day
Core working hours of the role are
10:00-17:00, with an early finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner, taking initiative and ensuring customer satisfaction 100%
  • You will work closely with your customers to get to know them and their needs, building lasting relationships with them and providing aftersale customer service
  • Guiding and advising customers using impeccable product knowledge; you are their personal shopper, their personal design specialist, their interior designer and advisor.

Essential Requirements
-
At least 1 years experience in an outbound sales or 360 recruitment experiece - business development experience is essential
  • Be ambitious and hardworking, going the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be customerfocused, remaining professional and credibly building rapport with clients and prospects, providing an excellent service
