This is a customer facing role - you will be interacting, assisting and overall, an integral part of every customer's journey.

The below activities make up a substantial chunk of your day so having experience with them would be preferred, however not necessary to have all as full training will be provided:

  • Prescreening
  • Dispensing
  • Booking appointments
  • Frame styling
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Admin work
