We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team and continue to develop both our internal and external user Knowledge Base.

As a Technical Writer, you'll play a crucial role in creating exceptional, user-friendly documentation, including guides, manuals and online content that empower our customers to make the most of our market leading SaaS offering.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Development team to gather and understand technical information, keeping up to date with feature releases
  • Translating technical jargon, creating comprehensive, easy to understand documentation for our customers, including user guides and manuals
  • Maintain, update and develop the knowledge base by developing creative content that can be used internally and externally
  • Produce walkthrough videos that demonstrate and simplify the user experience
  • Supporting other departments with proofreading,

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the tech industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong ability to grasp and understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy to understand documentation
  • Proficient in creating high quality walkthrough videos
  • Familiarity with software development processes and terminology
The role is being offered on a hybrid basis at our HQ in Woodbury. We are excited to announce that from September 2023, we will be moving offices to Winslade Park, Exeter.

Salary:
From £40,000.00 per year
