The Fen Team are based in the Hykeham area of Lincoln and cover the City and surrounding villages and the Gainsborough Team are based in Gainsborough covering the town and surrounding villages.
We offer a 12-week induction programme for our new starters to support them in settling into their new role and provide development opportunities.
As a Registered Nursing Associate within the community nursing team you will be responsible for contributing to the assessment, planning & delivery of care to patients in their own homes & care homes with a degree of autonomy.
You will therefore need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be motivated & flexible in your approach to care delivery.
You must hold a range of clinical skills suitable for the work environment and be willing to learn & develop into the role.

Flexible working opportunities such as part-time working, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid working models can help staff to balance their personal and work commitments.
