Cormac is seeking a dedicated individual to provide construction and highway maintenance-related training to both internal and external customers. This role involves delivering training in various areas like construction skills, plant operation, specialist subject skills, and health and safety.

About the Position:

• Collaborate with the Training Centre Manager and team to support the L&D Strategy and business plans.
• Specialize in Health and Safety, Highways, Groundworks, Surfacing, etc.
• Show professional expertise and problem-solving skills as a Peripatetic Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver training efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Review and develop course material.
• Maintain accreditations.

Required Qualifications:

• Construction and Built Environment Qualification National Certificate (HNC/D).
• Education and Training Award.
• Professional Assessing qualification.
