Send Needs Assessment Plan Writer

You will work as a specialist report writer within the wider SEND Team, supporting the effective and high quality delivery of an efficient statutory assessment service for children and young people by writing and reviewing person-centred Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
You will liaise with parents, their child or young person, professionals and other support services to summarise and interpret appropriate information and advice into a coherent plan.
And you will ensure the statutory assessment process and timeliness are met.
Please note, this role will be hybrid role and will be a mix of working from home and working across the Cheshire East area.
