Want to help people in your local community?

The Food Train is an established Scottish charity and this role is based within the branch in Falkirk.

Our weekly shopping service supports older people in the local community to remain living as independently as possible. This volunteer role is available Wednesday and/or Thursday each week hours (approx.) 8am to 10:30am.

Tasks include:
Shopping in the supermarket for items on people's shopping lists

Supporting with putting shopping through till

Helping to pack items into boxes ready for our delivery drivers to load the van
