Are you a skilled and experienced warehouse technician looking for a new challenge? Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our AV warehouse team as a technician.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting a wide range of AV equipment, including audio systems, lighting systems, interpretation equipment and more.

You will work closely with our team of AV professionals to ensurethat all equipment is in top working condition and ready to be used for events.

• Monitoring fuel card use and keeping records
• Keyholder contact for alarm company
• General upkeep of warehouse maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing AV Interpretation equipment
• Conducting regular maintenance checks and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Working closely with the rest of the AV team to ensure all equipment is ready for use
• Keeping detailed records of equipment repairs and maintenance
• Staying uptodate with new AV technologies and incorporating them into the warehouse
• Arranging MOTs, cleaning, and repairs / servicing
• Liaising with accounts department on insurance renewals and claims when necessary
• Cost management associated with dry hires
• Arranging deliveries (this could either be delivering using our vans or by arranging couriers or drivers)

• At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse technician in the AV industry
• A strong understanding of audio, lighting, video and interpretation equipment
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
