We're looking for a part time front of house member here at South Street Kitchen; located in Sheffield's iconic Park Hill flats.

We're a not-for-profit middle-eastern inspired vegetarian and vegan café with regular events and bistro nights.


The role will require you to work mostly day time shifts, weekend shifts & some evening availability will be required.


The responsibilities include:

  • Giving excellent service to guests.
  • Working in a fast paced cafe environment.
  • Serving customers at the table.
  • Making the cafe look presentable after guests leave.
  • Learning the menu and offering recommendations to customers.
  • Making drinks; soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and cocktails.
  • Till operation and bookings system operation.
  • Being flexible with working hours.
  • General cleaning, deep cleaning and maintenance of the cafe.
  • Great telephone manner.
