Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage assembly teams to ensure efficient production of ventilation equipment. Supervise team leaders and assembly staff, allocate resources effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Production Oversight:
Oversee the assembly and rebranding processes of ventilation equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications. Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and output requirements.

Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve assembly processes for efficiency and productivity. Implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to minimise waste and optimise workflows.

Quality Control:
Ensure all assembled products meet quality control standards and comply with industry regulations. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement quality control measures and address any issues promptly.

Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs for assembly staff to enhance skills and knowledge in ventilation equipment assembly and safety protocols.


Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict safety regulations and procedures within the assembly area to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure the team adheres to all health and safety guidelines.

Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of assembly equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.


Collaboration:
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

Data Management and Reporting:
